INVESTOR VISA IN UAE
Investor residency visa is offered to investors who set up company in UAE. This visa is offered for 3 years and it shall be renewed at the end of visa period. UAE government is planning to implement 10 years investor residency visa.
EMPLOYMENT VISA IN UAE
UAE includes the enthusiastic workforce from all over the globe. Anybody who is working in UAE registered company except UAE nationals require employment visa to work here. The employment visa is issued by the Immigration Department and it requires the approval from UAE Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Private Companies registered with Ministry of Labour issues the residence permits and labour cards up to 2 years for employment and companies registered in a free zone issues for up to 3 years for employment.

To attract foreign investors to UAE and promote the real estate sector, the Government of Dubai has made ready property investment visas for the foreigners who purchase a residential property in the Freehold area in Dubai.
Depending on the investment, the residence visa is issued for a period of 6-month multiple-entry, 3-year residence visa, and 5-year residence visa.
LONG TERM RESIDENCE VISA – GOLD CARD VISA
UAE Government has launched a long term residence visa for a tenure of 5 years and 10 years depending on the investment made by the foreign investor. Any investment over AED 5 million or above made by the investor in property purchase, business capital, funding a startup, financial investments in a company based in UAE, etc., make them eligible for a 5-year long term visa.
Similarly, for any investment above AED 10 million in UAE for business, real estate, other financial investments (only 40% of the investment must be in real-estate) is eligible for a 10-year long term residence visa.
